About Gummy Chic

Gummy Chic was born in 2014, inspired by my oldest daughter’s teething journey. As someone who loved wearing necklaces, I found myself missing them after her birth, fearing she might break them or get hurt. That’s when I discovered silicone teething necklaces and instantly fell in love with the idea. With a background in design and a passion for fashion, I decided to channel my creativity into crafting stylish, safe, and fun accessories for both myself and my daughter.

In the early days, I was fortunate to be surrounded by a supportive American military community in Germany. With their feedback and encouragement, my shop began to grow. Over the years, we've moved between Germany and Ohio, and starting in the summer of 2024, we’ll be settling back in Ohio.

As a mom of two girls, I’m always thinking of ways to create fashionable and safe accessories, not just for adults, but for kids as well. I’m also the proud creator of some of our most popular baby teething designs, like the original Milkshake teether, Cassette Tape, Mermicorn, Paris Tower, Rainbow World, Video Game, Rotary Phone, and Vinyl Record infant teethers! My love for nostalgic and retro designs is at the heart of our brand. Recently, we've expanded our collection to include organic blankets that match these unique, fun designs.

At Gummy Chic, safety is our top priority. We follow strict safety guidelines and have invested in CPS-approved laboratory testing for our teethers and pacifier clips, ensuring the highest quality for our little customers and peace of mind for parents.

Giving back to the community is a core value of ours. We regularly donate to organizations that support causes close to our hearts, including those raising awareness for sensory processing disorders and autism, as well as private organizations dedicated to supporting women and children.
