How do I open my BPA free clip?

Please follow this instructions to open the safety tested clip on your accessories. This clip can be washed and it is freezer friendly.

How do I clean my accessories?

You can wash your accessories with warm water and soap. Wipe down with a wet cloth and lay flat to dry.


Wood teethers should NEVER be submerged in water but can be wiped with a warm cloth. To prevent cracks it is advised to coat with your favorite oil (coconut or beeswax).

 

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of my Gummy chic accessories come in a cotton bag  with our logo, so they're perfect to give as a gift! A care card is also included.

Every order is mailed in a poly bubble mailer to prevent any damages.

Are these safe? Have they been safety tested?

When used correctly and under adult supervision, YES! All beads, teethers and clips are made out of food grade silicone. FREE from BPA, phthalates, cadmium, lead and heavy metals. FDA approved. We work with suppliers who  are responsible in their silicone testing and have passed ASTM F963 and EN71.

We stand by our products 100%. We have invested in CPSC laboratory safety testing on our teethers and paci clips, so you can shop with confidence we care about your baby's safety.


NOTE: Please remember that these are made of parts small enough to pose a choking hazard if altered in any way. All teethers be used under adult supervision, always. Never leave a pacifier clip with an infant when sleeping. Inspect regularly, if something is loose or broken please discard immediately.

 

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes! if you have a storefront or want to carry my items in your shop send me a message to obtain bulk discounts. 

 

Do I get a tracking number with my order?

Yes! all orders to the US are sent with tracking number via Deutsche post. Check my shipping notification email to obtain the tracking number and follow updates on your order.

Deutsche post is one of the most reliable postal services in the world. You should expect your order 1-2 weeks after items are shipped.

 

My items are not here, lost or stolen. What can I do?

Items that have been scanned by the post office and are showing tracking info and updates are no longer our responsibility. The postal service is responsible once items have been properly accepted by them and out of our shop. Customer is responsible for custom delays or claims due to lost packages.

If tracking updates are showing a shipping label but no updates. I ask for you to allow 30 business days before you contact me. I will then file a claim. 

We are not responsible for stolen items marked as delivered.

 

I am local to the KMC area, do I pay shipping?
